On July 4, leaders led by An Lizhen, president of Beijing Forestry University, Wang Xiaoping, second level inspector of Beijing Landscaping Bureau, Zhang Xiangdong, director of Shunyi District Landscaping Bureau, An Jianjun, head of Yangzhen Town, Shunyi District, and Yang Shutian, president of Beijing Landscaping Foundation, gathered in Shunyi Base of Qingshen Garden to make suggestions on the transformation of Qingshen Garden into a "public welfare social enterprise".

Professor Li Hui from the School of Landscape Architecture at Beijing Forestry University has made a preliminary plan for the future of the Qingshen Shunyi Base with the "Qingshen Zhiwei · Capital Type Agricultural and Forestry Composite Demonstration Park". The attending leaders and experts have supplemented and improved the plan based on their own work. As the territorial government, Director Zhang Xiangdong and Mayor An Jianjun respectively introduced the situation of greening in Shunyi District and Yang Town, and expressed their full support for Qingshen agroforestry complex transformation and good security services. Chairman Yang Shutian stated that the foundation will leverage its platform advantages, find a good positioning, and provide good services.

President Anli Zhe highly praised the social responsibility of President Shi leading Qingshen, and expressed respect for Qingshen‘s transformation into a "public welfare social enterprise" and hoped to actively participate. He pointed out the direction and path for the future of Qingshen Base from a high perspective through four integrations and four base construction, and suggested planning from the perspective of smart agriculture theme park/smart forestry theme park.

Inspector Wang Xiaoping finally stated that the Qingshen Shunyi Base has forests and farmers, and the infrastructure is complete. Building an agricultural forestry composite demonstration park has its own convenient conditions. This symposium brings together the wisdom and strength of various political, industry, academia, research, and social organizations. We hope that all parties can participate, plan, build, share, and work together to create the Qingshen Agriculture and Forestry Composite Demonstration Park, and write a new chapter in the transformation of Qingshen into a public welfare social enterprise.
